Hey everyone, A small number of us are planning to walk the Dollis Valley Greenwalk on Monday 6th May 2024 (bank holiday) and everyone is invited! Meeting point: ➡️ High Barnet tube station Meeting time: ➡️ 11:00am (we will wait around 10 minutes for late arrivals) Total distance: ➡️ Approximately 3.5 miles (1-2 hours to complete with breaks) ** See links posted below for more information regarding the trail. From High Barnet, we will head down to Barnet Open Fields (point 2, North section) and then make our way past Whetstone, and Woodside Park, ending at Oakdene Park (point 5). We will then make our way to Finchley Central for lunch and/ or coffee. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We can decide where we want to go on the day ☕️ 😋 The trail is mostly flat and we are planning to walk at a leisurely pace so this is perfect for absolute beginners. More experienced walkers are welcome to join.
