NOPI’s menu changes according to the seasons with bold flavours and colours, broadly based on Mediterranean, Middle-eastern and Asian ingredients, using lots of herbs and spices. I personally love the creativity of Yotam Ottolenghi and his ability to celebrate Veg but create great dishes for meat and fish lovers. Join me for dinner next Wednesday at one of his restaurants for a good food and a pleasant chat.
