Dance is a great instrument, which connects mind to body and soul. In the Flow Dance session I combine Contemporary Choreography with an active meditation practice. It helps you to achieve body awareness and coherent flow of energy in your body. The contemporary choreography sequences enrich your dance movement palette. Friendly environment of #the_lodge.space and alternative music contribute to the joy of dance flow. Once your body becomes flexible you unwind your creative energy. ____________________________________ There are no strict demands to repeat exactly dance sequences during the class, however there are instructions to focus your attention on certain movements and explore your body potential. Beginners and advanced dancers are welcome. This practice allows space for everyone to move in harmony with his abilities. By the end of class, you will feel relief and lots of energy to move on.
