Come with me to the NoBull CrossFit Games Experience in Rosslyn Park on Saturday 6th August for Free!! There will be CrossFit Games® live action, workouts, NOBULL challenges, exclusive NOBULL merchandise, a full vendor village and more. The guys hosting this event are friends of mine and they are all FANTASTIC coaches!! This is the perfect opportunity to see what CrossFit is all about.
