Creation of mandala signifies the transformation of a universe of suffering into one of joy. You will create your own mandala on a canvas. Materials are provided. ⠀ The class will take 3 hours. 1.) Introduction 15 min 2.) Meditation 15 min 3.) Creating mandala structure 45min 4.) Painting mandala 1h45min We paint in the centre the main question for this moment. Then comes the key to your purpose - the path you build from the outside circle ⭕️, which represents the universe, to the core. 🎯 There are several structures to help you connect with one of 7 Chakras you need to achieve your purpose. I prefer to see them as skeleton to build mandala, afterwards I paint intuitively the decorative part. Important to let the hand go with a flow, as you feel, without much thinking about the process.
