Each week let’s walk the talk together in London. Once you’ve joined this community you are invited and encouraged to keep sharing your feelings and thoughts as much as you’d like to. This is all about us connecting and building community. 💕 Nature, movement and deep connections with others are all shown to improve our mental and physical health exponentially. Each week when we meet I will give you a topic to discuss with at least two others within the group. The topics will be designed to get you to open up and strengthen your sense of confidence, clarity, connection (to yourself and others) and purpose. They will encourage you to push past current blocks and lead a more fulfilled professional and personal life. *When you join the group chat please share the following: 1.
