Connect through Dance + Authentic Relating

Join us for an afternoon of embodiment, connection and relational intimacy. We will begin in guided movement practice to deepen self-awareness and physically process emotions, cultivating presence and the openness to connect with another. We will then enter into facilitated interactions in pairs and small groups to build a sense of belonging and to practice the skills of creating intimacy in connection.
