Connect & Move & Disco

It’s a party. It’s a workout. It’s a disco. It’s fUn. enter “south beach park” into Google maps and you’re there. (Parking on streets nearby or lot just north of us. Don’t pay! they don’t check that early). We do some pre workout breathwork, a beautiful warmup, a go at your own pace workout for 20 minutes, a stretch and then we HANG You are encouraged to stick around after the workout, groove a little with our DJ spinning disco tracks, and meet some really cool people in an organic, healthy way.
