Concert of Crimean composer Fyodor Biryuchev

Fyodor Biryuchev is a pianist and composer, a graduate of Liceu Conservatory (Barcelona), a holder of Global Talent Visa UK. In the course of several extended live tours with more than 150 concerts across Europe, Asia and North America composer presented his five albums. Fyodor's music has been performed in countries such as France, Spain, Germany, Ukraine, Finland, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, India, Thailand and Mexico. In May 2022, the composer released his forth album «Old Photographs». In this album, Fyodor Biryuchev combines tradition and a modern compositional approach, rethinks the legacy of the Slavic piano school of the 19th century and works of European Romantic-era composers. The main storyline of the album is the story of composer’s family in the 19th and 20th centuries. The concert program will also include several variations on the works of Sergey Rachmaninov performed by a piano trio from the upcoming album of Fyodor Biryuchev. The main idea of the album is focused on Rachmaninoff’s destiny in the USA as well as on the old and new emigrations from Russia. The album is about historical parallels, about the tragedy associated with the loss of the motherland and meanings.
