About your Host: Vonny began training and practicing 5 Elements Acupuncture in 2016 with Susan Jones in the Worsley style of practice and completed the apprenticeship in 2020. After moving to London, she continued studying acupuncture in the traditional TCM style at Asante Academy and graduated in 2022. Today, Vonny offers acupuncture treatments to clients in London both in the comfort of their homes and at her home in Kensington, West London. She treats a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, menstrual issues, hangovers, fertility, headaches, migraines, back pains, and more. About your Chef: After completing her studies at Le Cordon Bleu London, Min worked under the renowned Marcus Wareing from whom she gained invaluable experience. Min's Asian heritage and upbringing on her grandmother's farm have also influenced her cooking style. She makes traditional Chinese dishes with a modern twist, while preserving the integrity and natural goodness of ingredients. By following the principles of TCM and seasonal eating, Min's cooking is a true testament to the power of healthy, whole foods to nourish and delight the senses. She is currently working on her cookbook based on the 24 seasons of TCM. At this event you will get to taste some of the wonderful creations from her book!
