I am Sebastian a healing coach, I am extremely passionate to coach people on how to live a more align life, the life that allow us all to be the most authentic and deepest expression of ourselves, free and healed from what has happened in the past ❤️‍🩹 This experience was created to bring into the same place (the coaching session) all the pieces that are needed to create a powerful shift and transformation 💗 The session will take place on a Natural place we both agreed on, it will be one on one as long as you feel safe to do so. We can also chose a public but quite place with lots of nature around us ⛰️ What this 1 1/2 hour session can do for you: 1️⃣Gain clarity of what are your deepest desires that have been covered by your surroundings. 2️⃣How to start freeing yourself from trauma (Overthinking, anxiety, depression, physical pain) 3️⃣How to start creating trust, connection, and intimacy again (with other and/or yourself) 4️⃣A game plan to create the life you deserve We will also dive in what is been holding you back from creating a life that aligns with your spiritual path and we will talk about how my holistic method can help you get there.
