This is a spiritual practice (usually held in Hyde Park & Regent's Park) where a group of people sit in a circle and sing Carnatic Vowels of South Asian Music which are: Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha, Ni, Sa. The circle is led by Musicologist and Middle Eastern Spiritualist Practitioner Daniyal Shah. This is a powerful grounding practice when performed in groups can generate sacred geometric patterns of resonance through each Carnatic Chant and further increases the waves of love and gratitude produced by the group.
