Cabana Comedy showcases some of UK’s best comedians right in the heart of Hackney. Big TV and club circuit names headline the show every month, supported by London’s hottest up and coming comics. Come down to Two Palms and see great comics perform between two actual palms. Featuring the incredible MARK SILCOX Mark Silcox is a comedian and actor who can be seen as Joe Lycett’s sidekick in JOE LYCETT’S GOT YOUR BACK (C4). Other acting credits include JERK (BBC3), SNEAKERHEAD (Dave), A LIFE TIME WITH JAMIE DEMETRIOU (Netflix), SWEDE CAROLINE (Belstone Pictures), MANDY (BBC3), BIG BOYS (Channel 4), MAN LIKE MOBEEN (BBC 3), ROVERS (Sky1), SICK OF IT (Sky1), LUKE MCQUEEN’S PILOTS (BBC 3) and the Sky Arts short MAATHRABOODHAM & SON. Support from SUZIE PREECE Suzie Preece is an actor and rising star of the comedy circuit. She was a finalist at the prestigious Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year 2022 and regularly MC’s her own night at The Exhibit in Balham. Suzie sold out her show at the Comedy Cafe in Berlin and sold out her 2023 Edinburgh show ‘One Hour of Great Comedy’. Suzie also has a 5* rated comedy podcast called “Ghost Huns” which she co-hosts with Hannah Byczkowski. Ghost Huns sold out their first live show at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe and two London Halloween specials. DARREN O’TOOLE A 27 year old comedian from Ireland who is about to make his stand up debut on Netflix. HOLLY LUDLOW Holly was called bubbly and giddy in most parents evening at school. She had ringlets and a complex about looking like a powderpuff girl. Since then she's been trying to prove that deep down, she's actually super punk-rock. In 2024 she joined the "circuit breakers" programme for up and coming comedians with the Leicester comedy festival and won West End New Act of The Year competition. TIM BIGLOWE 'Assured the audience they were in a for decent night' (Chortle.co.uk). 'A rare breed indeed. Great jokes among well-crafted stories' (Indie Comedy Review). Hosted by ISAAC KEAN Isaac Kean is a confidently self-deprecating comic with "excellent lines and an expert delivery" (Chortle). He reached the final of the Chortle Student Comedy Award in 2021 and has written and performed sketches for BBC Radio, with musings that cover the range from poignant to pointless.
