I help exhausted high achievers heal from the mental depletion of burnout & recover their energy in as little as 10 minutes a day. I’ve retrained as a Somatic Stress Release practitioner, a hypnotherapist & coach. I combine all my skills & experience to help people recover from the depletion of burnout using Nervous System Regulation + Subconscious Rewiring. My Signature 1:1 PAUSE to Heal Program is a 3 month program that will teach you step by step how to release unhelpful achiever patterns, heal from the depletion of burnout & recover your energy in as little as 10 minutes a day. It is designed to equip you with unshakeable resilience by guiding you to regulate your nervous system & rewire your brain in just 3 months so that you can become your most vibrant, connected, calm self & go from surviving to thriving. Why is this free? 💸 As part of my personal mission to lead the rebellion against hustle culture & spread the amazing work of nervous system regulation & brain retraining, I want to share what I believe to be wonderful healing practices to heal your mind & body from the depletion of burnout, so we can collectively explore what works & what doesn’t. We will work online for 45 mins a week & there will be integration work via video & audio recordings in between sessions.
