Thursday June 17th, at 5:30pm: East Hollywood/ Rampart Village area Join in community in this beautiful and intimate space for a guided breathwork and sound bath meditation. We will begin with some simple stretchs & guided breath work to break up any stagnant energy in the body. Some sequences will be more difficult then others, and everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
