A simple daily breathwork routine can help you cope with and manage the various pressures life may throw at you. This 60 minute session will introduce you to the power of breathwork and laughter providing a great opportunity to give the practice a go, enhance your meditation, learn to get in touch with your body and utilise the breath to go beyond weighty feelings and thoughts.
