Experience 'Breathe for Self-Love,' a transformative breathwork workshop centered around conscious connected breathwork. Join me for a unique session, using intentional breathing to foster self-discovery and inner healing. This rhythmic breathwork releases tension, clears emotional blockages, and cultivates a sense of calm and self-acceptance. Tap into your wellspring of self-love, nurturing a compassionate relationship with your mind, body, and soul. Leave stress behind, embracing renewed love and appreciation for yourself. At the heart of what I do is a strong sense of community, and this event is no exception. Following the uplifting breathwork session, we'll gather for a community share. It's your chance to openly express your experiences, insights, and emotions in a nurturing and safe environment. Together, our collective strength and shared wisdom form essential elements of this enriching journey. Pre session Information: Dress comfortably - avoid anything tight around the tummy/abdomen, as we will be breathing deeply, and your belly will need to expand. Avoid alcohol and/or caffeine and other intoxicants on the day of the session and if possible for 24 hours beforehand. Also make sure you are hydrating well in the days leading up to the session. Avoid eating food or snacks for at least 1 hour prior to the session, this is so your body can focus on the breath, rather than digesting your food. A full belly will make the session a little uncomfortable, as you will be lying down. You are welcome to bring water and a blanket.
