Breath awareness is very important both for our health and for our ability to focus the mind in meditation. During this class I teach different breathing techniques (pranayama) as well as meditations and we practice together. This class is suitable for both BEGINNERS to take the first steps in meditation practice, as well as INTERMEDIATE practitioners to practice with the group, explore further levels of the meditative state and deepen your experience.
