Whether Latin, Asian, African and everything in between let’s come together for a welcoming inclusive friendship space just for us, by us! 🩷💜🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️ Hello London future besties, this experience is an altar to the inner child in all of us who were forced to grow up a little too soon, to problem-solve the world, and to serve everyone else before herself. I see you. As an immigrant Caribbean woman of color, I started this little event chat as a sacred space to honor our need for creative rest. BIPOC adults deserve creativity and imagination. We deserve to play. 🤸🏿‍♀️🎉 Let’s meet up to set our inner child free! Collaging parties, artsy crafty pot luck picnics, film nights, journaling, beading friendship bracelets together under the moon..:you name it! Art can help us break free from the limitations of perfectionism and that everyday grind. Lets exists to ritualize art & play for BIPOC adults. I will thoughtfully curate creative experiences for BIPOC adults that release our creativity, unleash our joy, and forge hope & connection - free from the gaze of white supremacy culture. Which London definitely needs now in times like these. Our friendship sessions, aka play dates, to explore art that requires our hands & intentional breath will help us discover and connect with Community of local BIPOC besties we didn’t even know was there.
