We will dance together and enjoy sharing that experience with each other. When friends and colleagues ask me what Biodanza is, I tell them it is a ‘daylight disco’ where we dance to modern and classical music - everything from Tschaikovski, Buena Vista Social Club to Bon Jovi and Enya.
