Hi locals 👋 I invite you to join me for a tour at the United Kingdom’s largest in land fish market located in Canary Wharf the billingsgate market. This is a early birds experience as the market is only open from 4am to 8.30am and most of the fish stall close by 7am. I’ll show you around and I’ll give you some tips and tricks about sustainability, how to choose the best fish and also how to prep/cook. After the tour we can have breakfast at the billingsgate café, I highly recommend the scallops and bacon roll, and maybe we can have some oysters for breakfast to 😬😅
