Come to our Better Sleep masterclass with Anatomē's in-house sleep expert Winder Ton Msc. Discover how to set yourself up for better sleep and learn how essential oils can transform how you reset + restore the body followed by a sleep oil blending workshop where you will get to make your very own sleep oil! During this workshop you will explore the benefits of sleep hygiene and tips to set yourself up for the ultimate night sleep helping you to eradicate common issues attributed to poor sleep such as daily stresses, anxiety and insomnia. Winder will also show you the sensory points on the body to apply your sleep oil to support maximum relaxation and aid a fantastic night's sleep and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about your sleep behaviours and patterns. Afterwards join the Dai stylist team for shopping and refreshments. Please bring any unwanted work clothes to donate them to Smart Wear, a charity we have supported in the past.
