In this workshop, you will learn that there is no enemy inside and that every part of you is conspiring to help you. We will look at some common human thoughts. We will remember that they are normal and come to learn that their message may be different than what it seems at first glance. We will look at how you can apply these learnings to build a life you love. In this workshop we will think quite a lot, move a little… hopefully laugh and leave even more connected to your heart than when you walked in the door.
