About club
We hear often hear ‘New Year, New Me’ but why wait until January let’s start from December from now so we are ahead of the game. We have different meet ups for Bootcamp Pilates, Barry’s bootcamp, Spinning, Yoga, Running so do join in. We have a WatsApp group that is all for keep track of each other. We have a 30 day challenge coming up where we share daily workouts to stay on track, also people can share their routines, meals etc so that we keep each other accountable. Let’s become the better version of ourselves by supporting each other daily. Let’s do this 💪
