Basketball for beginners Time Saturdays 11am are available going forward at Battersea sports centre on Hope st. Arrive at 1045am to get ready and chat. Cost Court booking costs £31.10 for 1 hour. Min players 6 = £5.18 per person. Max players 10 = £3.11 per person allowing 4 to be benched. Also stripe fees and round numbers only to charge on Locals. Thus flat £4 rate since sometimes it'll be less and sometimes it'll be more and should even out. Capacity We are prioritising half courts at this centre. Each half court game can have 6 players at once! Priority given to players who have attended before, and not done "no-shows". Agenda Start with beginner friendly training drills, learn how to dribble, pass and shoot with our most experienced player as coach. Move on to games where we are all learning the rules since we are all beginners! Followed by optional socials at a local cafe or pub etc. Additional games will be organized 14 days in advance if we keep getting fully booked which is as far as we can go with membership at the centre. When spring comes around we will go back to free outdoor games at Clapham Common Park!
