I have developed a very healthy obsession with Barry’s Bootcamp and it has become part of my daily routine. Barry’s Bootcamp has been training Hollywood’s A-List since 1998 and it arrived in London to whip us into shape. Forget the usual image of a bootcamp – this is a cool, sexy space (as are the trainers) with a series of daily classes that on average burn up to 1000 calories in a 50-60 minutes session! The workout is split into 4 rounds: 2 cardio and 2 weights round! The Bootcamp aims to push you to your limits however, you can chose your own pace. If you love keeping fit and want to try something new, let’s train together!
