Balance Festival consists of yoga, Breathwork (which I will be getting stuck into), fitness classes from some of the big names in the industry! Along with speaker on all topics related to fitness where you might learn a thing or two! Connecting with like minded people who place a lot of value on their health! I have booked a half day ticket for Sunday afternoon, so feel free to join me. However, you can book whole day tickets and the festival also runs on Friday and Saturday!
