About club
Only the resilient are welcome. We will use a periodized plan to ascend summits and achieve our fitness, networking, and bucket list goals. Barefoot beach running will improve our muscles and balance while adding resistance. DM me for best days and times you are available and we will select a date. There is a run for cancer research in Sept created by an inspirational young man who almost completed a run across Canada. He had cancer and a prosthetic leg during his fundraising.
