This trauma informed workshop is designed to release unwanted tension in the body with light-hearted stretches and poses. Here's what to expect: • Theory • Gentle yoga flow • Creative visualization • Breathwork • Opportunity to journal All levels welcome! Mats and props are available at the studio, however feel free to bring your own. 📍 The Sporting Club, Wapping Toilets and changing rooms are available at the studio.
