Absinthe — “there is no spirit so notoriously favoured by the rebellious minds of art & literature”. We begin the night with a choice of specialised Absinthe cocktails (£10 each) or Absinthe tasting set menu (£25). Then we can head downstairs into what is sure to be the most weird, scary and shocking museum you’ve ever seen. Last time I saw a gold coated hippo skull that belonged to Pablo Escobar, Russell Brands pubic hairs and shrunken human heads from Papa New Guinea. I also ate dried insects...
