About club
I wanted to create a group that is a safe space for those with anxiety to join or those who have previously experienced anxiety. It can be an online chat or a meet up group where we do fun activities. A place to offer tips that have helped us in our own experiences to soothe the anxiety, such as through natural remedies or mindfulness. This group is purely intended to ease the stress of everyday life, not to add to it! 🌟
