About me
I'm a love & relationship educator inspired to bring change at the psycho somatic and spiritual levels. I'm also a certified yoga therapist with sub specialties in stress, trauma, and the effects of immunity on well-being. Simultaneously, I own a highly successful tech consultancy working with Fortune 500 companies up to the board level. I'm currently researching polyvagal and attachment theories to inform my book & client practice. At the age of 22, I packed my bags and left my birth country on a very deep transformational journey to build a life aligned to me. Little did i realize at the time how difficult that was going to be, and on the other side, I'm deeply grateful for who I've become through it. I'm a personal development junkie seeking continuous expansion in life. I spend half the year in the UK. The rest of the time, I'm in Europe or back at my gorgeous home in San Diego, tending to my wildlife habitat and butterfly/bee gardens.
