I love exploring and nourishing my mind, body and soul. I strive to live authentically and sit in the present, which serves me when being a pillar of support to others. When I’m not working my Mon-Fri grind. I’m a Holistic Liberation coach!  I serve to support single people, embrace the power of being single and finding ways to reclaim their authenticity. I use a holistic approach to meet individual needs/situations. I work with people through 1:1 coaching sessions and group workshops that cover various self-development and mindset topics.
