London has always been home. Living in a fast paced life, I’ve gone from aspiring to have a cardboard copy lifestyle to slowing it down and living in tune with my core values and purpose. I am constantly looking at way to explore and nourish my mind. Taking care of myself internally and externally is key for me to be present and a pillar of support to others. Ambitiously working a Mon-Fri job. And recently took a leap of faith and set up life coaching practice helping individuals in their 30+ discover their purpose and step into their uniqueness.
