I hate summaries and intros. So let me simply share things that make me happy and things that drain me. I am excited about - fast growing companies - most of the time it will be messy but it won't ever be boring - being able to tell a story and draw insights out of a pile of rows and columns, I tell you what - it feels powerful! - making an impact on someone's life and seeing it change for the better, like automating a repetitive task for them and saving hours of their time - showing up with an open mind myself and working with people who do the same - quality time with the loved ones and with my little chow chow who isn't normally affectionate Things that drain me - close mindedness and lack of innovation - lack of transparency and self-awareness (in both individuals and companies) - unclear vision and lack of regard for the future - not being able to see loved ones for a long time - missing opportunities to learn new things So here we are.
