Mandy kaur

15yrs in china and HK where I studied mandarin, rescued dogs and taught English whilst running and exploring cities around Asia. Been training since I was 16 post heart surgery and now at 43, I’ve competed in a few master champs in the 200m and some CrossFit for fun but then entered two NPC bikini masters champs winning both hk and Singapore masters at 40 and 42yrs old. Took up cycling and stopped due to injury and now on the mend. Moved to Dubai with my dog Pablo. Originally from the uk, love all forms of fitness with a purpose not for the likes :)
