Hey guys, Little bit about me. I grew up working in the Fashion Industry for Condé Nast Publications (housing Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, Tatler, Glamour and more…) my passion for wellness, self development and my own healing journey led me down a different path, away from the 9-5 and onto fitness & entrepreneurship. After completely my YTT in Bali I became completely obsessed with Yoga and the benefits it had on my body and mind. Staying in tune with my passion but not leaving behind my creative roots, I now teach Yoga and consult for wellness & fashion brands on the side. I want to help as many of you connect with your minds and bodies better.
