About me
I founded a mentoring charity supporting teenage girls from the least-advantaged communities across England whilst teaching in a secondary school in London. The programme launched with 30 girls in 2013, and I now run it full time, with a team of 18 staff, and than 1,000 female volunteer mentors supporting more than 1,300 girls across the country each year. When I’m not working, I sing with the Royal Choral Society. I love running around the parks of London, or escaping to Scotland to climb a Munro or swim in an icy cold Loch!
