I am Ania, a private sommelier and minimal intervention wine specialist. I care about environment and sustainable living and used to be a head somm at the proclaimed zero waste restaurant called Silo. Now I am running a natural wine consultancy with my best mate and designing wine lists for new interesting restaurants.
