About me
I'm a Calisthenic athlete and coach. I’ve been practising different sports since the age of 7. I practised martial arts for about 15 years and parkour, breakdance, gymnastics and Calisthenic forever. What the body is capable of is wonderful and what I learned in my life I’m happy to share with others. I own a Coffe shop in Dalston, London and is the same place I host my workshop 😊
