Hey, my name is Alla. I’m based in Warsaw, and my work sits at the intersection of project and product management, travel tech, and hospitality. I’ve spent years building things across startups and larger companies, and I love turning complex ideas into clear plans and useful products. A big part of my world is AI-driven travel technology, I do research, customer segmentation, and strategy development, especially where it can create real value for hotels and tourism businesses. Outside of work, I’m drawn to my son and his hobby ⚽️. I enjoy exploring psychology, leadership, coffee culture, documentaries about LatAm cultures and noir, and anything that helps me understand people better.
