90 Minute Sound Bath Session

Sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body. It is a therapeutic practice that promotes relaxation, healing and inner peace. I will be using Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments that produce a range of resonant tones and vibrations. You will be lying down on a yoga mat and cushions and blankets will be provided. We will start with a breathwork exercise to calm the mind and get ourselves grounded. Then, you will experience a full hour of sound bath, followed by slowly coming back to the body and closing the session. This is an opportunity to disconnect with the outside world and let your body & mind enter a deep state of relaxation and reach a meditative state more easily. PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS. Latecomers won't be admitted. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you suffer from epilepsy, are very sensitive to sound or you are going through the first trimester of your pregnancy, a soundbath is not suitable for you. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor. *I have been certified as a Yoga Instructor (200h) as well as in Sound Healing (50h) and have been training in India.
