About club
We open a virtual room every day from 7 am to 8 am for us all to spend 1h on personal growth together. 07:00 - 07:30 you're free to do whatever matters to you (except socials & emails) while feeling part of a group, seeing others go after their own goals. Some are reading, some are meditating, some are training for handstands, some are curious and like to try our daily prompts to get their day started. 07:30 - 08:00 we all follow along a YouTube video. Some days it's dancing, some days it's breathwork, tai chi, HIIT, box fit, meditation, pilates, etc. Accessible from your Google Cal, your iCal, or simply by bookmarking the link to the video call. You can vote on our IG stories for the YouTube video to follow-along and you can suggest your own video you want to try with the whole group (they will be reviewed before, making sure they comply to our club's rules). Anowaday 7 AM club is designed to build motivation while never creating guilt. To show a wide range of self development tools while avoiding triggering topics. We work hard for all of our members to come to a safe place. This means we don't tolerate judgment, discrimination, guilt-tripping, "food as a reward" mindset, etc.
