5 rhythms - where do I begin.. Together we peel back layers and facades. Lay our masks down and dance until “we” disappear. 🦋 This is a movement based meditation which I first discovered through drama school, and have done over and over again each time going deeper, releasing blocks, embracing my authentic self and connecting with others.
