Health is wealth. 🏆 Join me and others to improve your physical health on this 30 day challenge inspired by One Punch Man. The challenge consists on physical exercises such as Push up Sit up Squat Running / Walking You can choose how many reps of these exercises you are comfortable wit doing for 30 days no stop. If you skip one day then you will need to add 50% to your daily reps the following day. The real challenge is to be committed and consistent. Rules ‼️ 1) You can choose the number of reps you are comfortable with doing and this cannot be changed 2) The exercises need to be done everyday by 10pm 3) Post your daily accomplishments in the chat 4) Support and motivate other team members 5) It is your personal challenge.
