21 Days Abundance Meditation Challenge

I was first shown Deepak Chopra’s transformative course by a friend when I was so overwhelmed with stress & anxiety that I had completely neglected my meditation practice for several weeks… It’s a good introduction to creating the daily habit of taking a moment to be present within yourself & your surroundings, shifting your mindset to grace, gratitude, renewal & abundance 🙌🏼 For 21 days, I will share with you a unique task each day accompanied by a guided meditation You only need a blank notebook, as most of the tasks are journal prompts - everything else I provide - and to allow yourself 15 minutes each day to complete the task and meditate on it 🙂 There is power in community, so much the same way I benefited from having my friend checking in to ensure I was following the program, we will work together as a group, relying on each other for motivation & accountability 💪🏼 Our next 21 days begin on Thanksgiving ✨ Note: I will be asking for a minimum £5 contribution towards Ukraine 🇺🇦🌻 to confirm your participation, and in exchange you may keep the course material to revisit in the future or share with family & friends 💛
