Get ready to sweat and relax, all in the same hour, while enjoying the fresh air of Hyde Park! All wellness & fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided. Meet new like-minded buddies and try something new! The agenda is: 5min - Greetings 10min - Meditation Visualisation with Melissa 5min - Silence & Chrono Read 10min - Workshop - how to use affirmation in a non-cringy way 10min - Hand Yoga 15min - HIIT & Stretch with Karen (me!) 5min - Wishing all a beautiful day! We will provide pens, paper, books and smiles, but feel free to come with your own. This can be done directly on grass or on a mat, sport shoes or bare foot, whatever you prefer. See you there!
