I live what I preach and ‘do’ as a Holistic Healthcare Consultant (combining Naturopathy, Nutrition and Herbalism among other modalities) and a Family Constellations Practitioner. Lately, you’ll find me in the kitchen creating recipes and leading my team at my bakery, Dendara, guiding others on their personal healing journeys, with my beloved Akita or traveling solo immersed nature. Here to add more social time to my generally work-consumed life in London and make new friendships with aligned individuals.
